We are a family run
Texas Alpaca ranch located just east of Austin on 35 acres presently
home to over 20 Alpacas. We began our journey in late 2004 and have found
the business of Alpaca ranching to be fun, interesting, and rewarding. We
have found the investment opportunities to be better than the stock market, the
business aspect has been financially rewarding, and as an added benefit, we
have found the "Alpaca Lifestyle" to be wonderful in itself. We would love to hear from you, and are always
interested in talking about these wonderful creatures.

It's been a hot spring and begining of summer for our Alpacas in Elgin Texas this year. It was the
hottest June on record with an AVERAGE temperature of 99.4 degrees. 20 days topped 100 degrees. We
keep a close watch on our herd when the weather is this hot, but so far they all seem to be enjoying
it, cushing under the shade of some large trees letting the warm summer breeze blow accross their
recently shorn bodies.

September is right around the corner, and that means National Alpaca Farm Day is coming up soon. This
is a great time to visit Alpaca Farms and Ranches in your area. Last year's event was a big success, and
we had a lot of folks visit and talk about Alpacas. We hope to see even more this year! We will be publishing

Summer is hot, and with a hot summer comes some great buying opportunities! If you are considering Alpacas in your future,
