Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact Heart of
Texas Alpacas within 30 days and we will refund the entire purchase price of
the product less shipping and handling. Please contact our customer service
representatives at 512-470-8612. The Product must be returned in its original
condition to the address shown to the left.
We offer a wide selection of Alpaca clothing, including Jackets, Sweaters, Hats,
and Gloves. We also have 100% Alpaca Blankets and Throws, Teddy Bears and
other Stuffed Toys, and even Alpaca Slippers.
We normally ship within 2 to 5 business days. Please feel free to
